Healing takes time, consistency and commitment. I’ll be your support system to hold you accountable and monitor progress. The 6 month program is designed for transformational healing and long lasting lifestyle changes.

We will dive deep into your unique health history using detailed questionnaires. After 3 months I will send you a new questionnaire to see how you have changes and where we still need to progress.

You will receive two Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Kits to test your mineral levels and understand how they impact your health. These kits are included in the program pricing.

We will order two tailored bloodwork panels that will give us a deeper insight into your health status. These are also included in the program price.

These consultations will include: An initial 90-minute consultation in month 1 to review your health history, symptoms, and lab results.

The following two 60-minute consultations in months 2 and 3 will be to track your progress, adjust the program as needed, and ensure you stay on track.

After new bloodwork is done at the end of month three we will have another deep-dive session in month 4.

Months 5 and 6 will be all about fine tuning your protocol to your needs and ensuring you are on track to take your health journey into your own hands.
